We were so fortunate to have Pete come to our house today. He was exceptional! Professional and worked diligently to solve some pretty large issues. I cannot say enough about his workmanship, as well as the way he educated me on the choices we had to make. What could have been a two day job, Pete stayed to get the job finished. It’s never fun to deal with plumbing concerns, but Pete and All Hours Plumbing made it less stressful with their incredible service! Thank you, All Hours! We just had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed in our house. These guys were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!! They quickly responded to my request for quote. They immediately had us scheduled for a FREE in-home inspection & quote. (We highly recommend Technician MIKE👍🏼) The financing was a piece of cake!! It was unbelievably fast & easy. (We highly recommend Gage👍🏼) The installation was scheduled within 48 hours of completing the financing. The Installation Techs showed up on-time and fully prepared. Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone. I highly recommend All Hours for your AC needs!

I’ve just completed an extensive sewer repair job at my residence that extended over a week period. During the project, I had multiple interactions with members of the All Hours Team. Every single encounter, from phone response, communications, and individuals, has been refreshingly professional, prompt, respectful, and courteous. Additionally, I really appreciated each persons cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions. I want to specifically mention plumber Cruz Soto. Cruz addressed two separate evening plumbing emergencies. He clearly cares about serving people! His communication skills parallel his plumbing expertise. Cruz, I want you to know, my whole family really appreciates how you supported us during such a stressful time. Thank you! After the plumbing emergencies, and the identification of the repairs need, I worked with the “dig team” lead by Tyson. Wow! These men worked so efficiently and impressively. What an experienced and excellent team ( Tyson, Bret, and Jake).Tyson and Bret were so attentive to every question and difficulty that arose secondary to managing the residence with a special needs senior with dementia. All three of these men were wonderful to work with. Clint, Todd, and Brandon also came to help. Although I didn’t interact as much with them, I could see how well the whole team worked together. Every one of them conveyed how much pride they take in their work and hearing them interact so positively with one another shows they are a true team. After completion of the dig, the team took care to restore the integrity of the site. It was hardly noticeable that there had been an 8 foot hole, and heavy equipment on the lawn. Amazing! TY to Fred, Devin, and any other person I forgot to specially acknowledge. To the owner of this business: Every single employee spoke highly of their job and employer. This means you take care of your employees! You have a very fine team working for you and representing your business. Pete took care of it. Incredibly knowledgeable and walked me thru all of the steps as he worked to keep me informed. My prestige boiler is running optimally. Thank you. First class service!! Highly recommend.

First off, I want to say that this review should take nothing away from Kutler. He was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and performed the work extremely well. Major props and if I was reviewing him alone, it would be 5 stars. I trust his expertise and he did a whole plumbing inspection of the house giving me recommendations and tips for upkeep. In the future I would definitely request him personally. I downgrade my review to 3 stars because of the expense. Maybe I am ignorant about the standard cost of plumbing services, but installing a $2K water heater should not cost me over $4K. Installing a kitchen faucet that I purchased myself shouldn't cost $700. The only reason I didn't install it myself was because I could not get the previous faucet off because of a tricky large nut. All of the services together took about half a day, and I definitely understand that I should pay for the plumber's time, expertise, equipment, and other fees like the dispatch line. But I still don't see how that adds up to a service over $5K. I have a lot of mixed emotions because I believe the work was done extremely well, but my bank account hurts because of it. And according to Kutler, he was giving me a good deal. I worry what the standard price of that work would have been. Photos included are of the work completed.

Brad was amazing to work with! Excellent communicator, timely and detailed in his work. We had serval small projects that we completed efficiently. We will be using Brad for any future plumbing needs and recommending him to friends and family!

I used to use these guys all the time. They are now Whipple. Overpriced and horrible experience. Tech came put to visit. Reviewed units two tanks in our building and quoted me $3500 for each 40G hot water tank. I quoted with another group that quoted $2300 for SAME unit. Then, i checked myself, turned on gas, lit pilot light and BOTH units work Great. No repair was needed. DO NOT TRUST Whipple.
